Engage approximately two hundred registrants from across the USA with one common focus: GLOBAL TRADE. Venue

  • DFW Airport Hyatt Regency in the foyer adjacent to the main conference hall. Sessions will begin at 9:00 am both days with breakout sessions at 10:30 am followed by a luncheon at noon. There will be foot traffic before, during and after the scheduled events.
  • Style: This will be a table-top event utilizing 6 feet long tables with a premium option to utilize your pop-up booth with a maximum width of 10 feet. The foyer will accommodate fifteen exhibitors, first reserved and paid, first-served.
  • Exhibit Hours: You may come and go as you desire attending events, but the exhibits should be in place from 8:30 am on September 18th until 3:00 pm September and 19th. You may set up beginning on the evening of September 17th.

We collaborate with sixty District Export Councils across the USA composed of some fifteen hundred members. All DEC members are first vetted, then appointed by the Department of Commerce in one of America’s earliest modern-day public-private partnerships.
